Warrantee & call out procedure

If your Airwell unit should have a problem, we are here to assist.
Below is a brief description of what to check for, and a call out form you can either fill in and send, print and fax, or read through to an Airwell operator.

The most important factor is that you check through the basics first, you only want an Airwell technician to come to site if there is a fault with the unit, not an operator error. Call outs when the equipment is operating are charged for and are payable before the technician leaves your premises.
