Trouble Shooter

Unit will not switch on:

• Check there is power to the unit, i.e. the plug point, the electrical board with the circuit breaker marked Air-con
• Check the batteries are not flat in the remote
• Check the 7 day timer on the remote. Refer to the manual for details on this.

Unit will not cool:

• Check the unit’s mode by pressing the (mode Button) this must be in either auto or cool.

Unit will not heat

• Check the unit’s mode by pressing the (mode Button) this must be in either auto or Heat.

Unit is dripping water

• The drain is probably blocked, check that the water is flowing from the drain and there is no debris obstructing the outlet
• The ceiling pump has failed – contact airwell
