At Airwell we endeavour to make purchasing an air conditioner educational and rewarding.
Visit your nearest retailer to assist you in selecting the unit that is right for your application.

You will need information such as the room dimensions, where you may want your outdoor unit to be positioned and information regarding your ceiling.

When you enter the store, a salesman, with the help of our interactive Kiosk, will guide you through the steps to size the right unit. If you have any questions, the salesman and the kiosk are there to give you good solid advice.

The Kiosk will generate a quote right there instantly in the store, a copy is sent to you via email and SMS. Shopping has never been so convenient or so much fun.

We recommend double checking the information you have supplied for the quote, such as distances and electrical connections. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements.

When you are satisfied with your quotation you can convert it into an order. The order is required to be paid in the store before it becomes validated. Once you have made payment, a copy of the order is sent to you via email and SMS.

Next step: Airwell will contact you to arrange installation. When you are completely satisfied with your unit’s installation and operation you will be given a short instruction session, then you sign off the installation and enjoy the magic of air conditioning comfort.

Validation of the 3 year warrantee is subject to servicing by a qualified professional. Airwell will contact you when it is time for a service to keep your Airwell running perfectly.
